The novelty of the ALA Corporation’s original soybean milk-fermented product was acknowledged for its inhibition of autoimmune arthritis (inflammatory diseases).

Mice with induced arthritis were either fed only soybean milk-fermented product, only glucosamine or both. When compared, mice that were fed both showed the highest level of inhibition in inflammation.
